YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT!


Americans dig their own grave with their own knife and fork.
We all know about healthy diet. We all know that junk food and processed sugars are bad for us. We all know that we should eat plenty of fresh vegetables and drink at least 8 ounces of water a day. We all know that we should exercise. Lots of people know what to do, but few people actually do what they know. And knowing is NOT enough! You MUST take action!
